Dashboard contains an interactive GUI menu to go to all of the operational pages of the TPM, which shows the number of items in each modules.
When a breakdown is happens, it can be reported by anyone and then schedule the work for the experts, our system will automatically suggest names of the employees who is having experience in solving similar issues. Then the assigned employees go for a Risk Assessment and then start working on it. They can report the progress of the work and a notification will automatically send to the managers when it completed.
Different type of maintenance activities can be managed through this system, the department heads or admin can pre plan the maintenance activities of a machine and schedule the works of particular departments and employees.
JDI (Just Do It)
Just Do It is one of the import and module to find out the root cause of the issues by using the 5 whys. Pictures of the issues can also be uploaded and the managers can draw on the pictures to specify the details of the work. JDI can be connected with breakdowns and projects. JDI Reports can be uploaded to the excel files in specific format.
An event calendar is used to plan all the activities. The planning calendar gives all the day to day activities. The managers can directly add/edit activities into the calendar.
Scorecards can be prepared for analyzing the performance of machines, different type of scorecards like JDI Scorecards, KPI Scorecards, Lost Time Scorecards helps the managers to easily identify the performance of the machines and they can decide the maintenance time of machines.
Admin can create Teams and assign machines to the teams. The Team Leader is responsible for the team activities.
We can generate the total history of a machine, when it goes for a Maintenance, Breakdown, JDI and Project. The report of the complete history of the machine will helps the managers to easily analyse the system.
A document library can be stored the details of the machines and other documents like work history, installation details, operation description etc. Employees can refer the documents.
An interactive discussion forum will helps the employees to share their ideas and get comments on it.
Total employee management module provides the option to add / edit / delete employees to the system. Admin can setup the privileges for the employees to restrict the access areas. Also they can assign employees to the Team.

Any number of shift can be created and assign employees to the shift.
